The swell charts were stacked for a False Bay show down, the swell was forecast and it didn’t disappoint – last week the reef in Kalk Bay lit up and the waves were non stop for roughly three days! The best of the surf hit early mornings and a few brave soldiers hit the waves and thought ‘to hell with the consequences‘ – the lockdown wasn’t going to get in the way of a 4ft barrel ride.
